Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Milan is located in the former Italian Post Office building in Piazza Cordusio. It is an extraordinary work where the entire space has been meticulously designed. At the center of the space the complex system that moves coffee through the roasting process is 360° visibile.

In this project of great value, where bronze is one of the dominant materials, YDF has created for third parties the coating of the huge degassing barrel with bronze plates of 6 and a half meters. It opens recalling the blossoming of a flower, to reveal the inside of the degassing chamber, which represents one of the natural processes of roasting.
